This privacy policy applies to every mobile application published by Ho Van Dai ("we", "us", the "apps") on the App Store and Google Play. It explains what data our apps collect, why, and who it is shared with.

1. What our apps collect

Our apps do not collect, store, or transmit personal data to our own servers. We operate no server and hold no database of users. There is no account, no sign-in, no cloud sync.

Game state — scores, saves, settings, preferences — is stored locally on your device via the operating system's standard storage API (shared_preferences / UserDefaults / SharedPreferences). This data never leaves your device unless you opt in to the OS-level backup feature (iCloud Backup / Google One), which you control.

2. Diagnostics & analytics (Firebase)

To keep our apps stable and to understand which features are used, we use Google Firebase, a service operated by Google LLC:

Firebase Crashlytics — automatically uploads a report when an app crashes. Each report contains the crash stack trace, the device model, OS version, app version, and a generated installation ID. Crashlytics does not collect the contents of your game, saves, or any text you type.
Firebase Analytics — collects aggregated, non-personalized event data such as "game started", "level cleared", session length, device model, OS version, country / region, and the app's language setting. Events are associated with a pseudo-random installation ID, not with you personally.

We read this data only in aggregate to improve the apps. Google processes it under Firebase's privacy and security page. You can opt out of analytics collection from your device's system settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements; Android: Settings → Google → Ads).

Some apps may not include Firebase at launch. When an app embeds Firebase, its store listing and in-app "Data Safety" description declare it.

3. Third-party advertising (Google AdMob)

Apps that display advertisements use Google AdMob, a service operated by Google LLC. To serve ads, AdMob may collect and process:

Advertising identifier — IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android. On iOS 14.5+, the system shows Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before any identifier is used. If you decline, ads are still shown, but non-personalized.
Device & usage data — OS version, device model, coarse region, ad interactions — used by AdMob to select, deliver, and measure ads.

We do not see your raw advertising identifier or interaction data. Google processes it as an independent controller under Google's own privacy policy.

For users in the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, and California, the apps show a Google UMP (User Messaging Platform) consent form before any ads are loaded. You can:

Accept personalized ads,
Accept non-personalized ads only, or
Manage your choices later from the in-app Privacy options (when available), or by uninstalling the app.

Without consent, ads fall back to non-personalized contextual serving where available, or are not served at all.

4. What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
We do not run our own server, user database, or cloud-sync service. All gameplay state stays on your device.
We do not contact, email, or message you.
We do not require an account or any sign-in.
We do not ship in-app purchases unless an app's store listing says so.

5. Children's privacy

Our apps are rated for general audiences (4+ / Everyone) and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Ads served are standard AdMob inventory and are not targeted as "child-directed" under COPPA. Parents may wish to enable iOS Screen Time or Android Family Link to limit ads if preferred.

6. Your rights

We do not hold personal data on our own infrastructure, so there is nothing on our side to export or delete. Data processed by Google (AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics) is governed by Google's privacy policy. You can control it from your device or from Google:

Reset or disable the advertising identifier in system settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking; Android: Settings → Google → Ads).
Adjust personalization at adssettings.google.com.
Opt out of device analytics sharing (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements; Android: Settings → Google → Usage & diagnostics).
Uninstalling the app removes all local saves and stops any further data collection by its SDKs.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change how data is handled (for example, by adding a crash reporter or an in-app purchase flow), we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date below before the change reaches users.

Chính sách bảo mật này áp dụng cho tất cả ứng dụng di động do Ho Van Dai ("chúng tôi", "ứng dụng") phát hành trên App Store và Google Play. Tài liệu giải thích ứng dụng thu thập dữ liệu gì, vì sao, và chia sẻ với ai.

1. Ứng dụng thu thập gì

Ứng dụng không thu thập, lưu trữ hay gửi dữ liệu cá nhân về máy chủ của chúng tôi. Chúng tôi không vận hành máy chủ nào, không lưu cơ sở dữ liệu người dùng. Không có tài khoản, đăng nhập hay đồng bộ cloud.

Trạng thái trong game — điểm số, ván đã lưu, cài đặt, tuỳ chọn — được lưu cục bộ trên máy bạn thông qua API lưu trữ chuẩn của hệ điều hành (shared_preferences / UserDefaults / SharedPreferences). Dữ liệu này không rời khỏi máy bạn trừ khi bạn bật tính năng sao lưu hệ thống (iCloud Backup / Google One), và đó là tuỳ chọn do bạn kiểm soát.

2. Phân tích & báo lỗi (Firebase)

Để giữ ứng dụng ổn định và hiểu tính năng nào đang được dùng, chúng tôi sử dụng Google Firebase — dịch vụ của Google LLC:

Firebase Crashlytics — tự động gửi báo cáo khi ứng dụng bị crash. Mỗi báo cáo gồm stack trace, model máy, phiên bản OS, phiên bản ứng dụng và một ID cài đặt ngẫu nhiên. Crashlytics không thu thập nội dung trong game, dữ liệu lưu, hay nội dung bạn nhập.
Firebase Analytics — thu thập dữ liệu sự kiện tổng hợp, không gắn danh tính như "bắt đầu ván", "qua màn", thời lượng session, model máy, phiên bản OS, khu vực/quốc gia, ngôn ngữ ứng dụng. Sự kiện gắn với ID cài đặt ngẫu nhiên, không gắn với cá nhân bạn.

Chúng tôi chỉ đọc dữ liệu này ở dạng tổng hợp để cải thiện ứng dụng. Google xử lý dữ liệu theo trang bảo mật của Firebase. Bạn có thể từ chối chia sẻ phân tích thiết bị trong cài đặt hệ thống (iOS: Cài đặt → Quyền riêng tư & Bảo mật → Phân tích & Cải thiện; Android: Cài đặt → Google → Quảng cáo).

Một số ứng dụng có thể không tích hợp Firebase tại thời điểm ra mắt. Khi một ứng dụng có Firebase, mô tả "Data Safety" trong listing của ứng dụng đó sẽ ghi rõ.

3. Quảng cáo từ bên thứ ba (Google AdMob)

Các ứng dụng có hiển thị quảng cáo sử dụng Google AdMob, dịch vụ do Google LLC vận hành. Để phục vụ quảng cáo, AdMob có thể thu thập và xử lý:

Mã định danh quảng cáo — IDFA trên iOS, AAID trên Android. Trên iOS 14.5+, hệ thống sẽ hiển thị hộp thoại "App Tracking Transparency" của Apple trước khi mã này được sử dụng. Nếu bạn từ chối, quảng cáo vẫn hiện nhưng không cá nhân hoá.
Dữ liệu thiết bị & sử dụng — phiên bản hệ điều hành, mẫu máy, khu vực tương đối, tương tác với quảng cáo — được AdMob dùng để chọn, hiển thị và đo lường quảng cáo.

Chúng tôi không truy cập mã quảng cáo hay dữ liệu tương tác thô. Google xử lý những dữ liệu này với tư cách bên kiểm soát độc lập, theo chính sách bảo mật quảng cáo của Google.

Người dùng ở EU, Anh, Thuỵ Sĩ và California sẽ thấy biểu mẫu đồng ý Google UMP (User Messaging Platform) trước khi ứng dụng tải quảng cáo. Bạn có thể:

Chấp nhận quảng cáo cá nhân hoá,
Chỉ chấp nhận quảng cáo không cá nhân hoá, hoặc
Quản lý lại lựa chọn qua mục Privacy trong ứng dụng (nếu có), hoặc gỡ ứng dụng.

Nếu không đồng ý, ứng dụng sẽ chuyển sang quảng cáo không cá nhân hoá dựa trên nội dung, hoặc không hiển thị quảng cáo.

4. Những điều chúng tôi KHÔNG làm

Không bán dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn cho bất kỳ ai.
Không vận hành máy chủ, cơ sở dữ liệu người dùng hay đồng bộ cloud riêng. Toàn bộ trạng thái chơi game ở trên máy bạn.
Không liên hệ, gửi email hay tin nhắn cho bạn.
Không yêu cầu tài khoản hay đăng nhập.
Không có mua hàng trong ứng dụng trừ khi listing của ứng dụng cụ thể đó ghi rõ.

5. Quyền riêng tư trẻ em

Ứng dụng của chúng tôi phân loại cho mọi đối tượng (4+ / Everyone) và không nhắm đến trẻ dưới 13 tuổi. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân từ trẻ em. Quảng cáo dùng kho AdMob tiêu chuẩn, không được đánh dấu "child-directed" theo COPPA. Phụ huynh có thể bật iOS Screen Time hoặc Android Family Link để hạn chế quảng cáo nếu muốn.

6. Quyền của bạn

Chúng tôi không giữ dữ liệu cá nhân trên hạ tầng của mình nên không có gì để trích xuất hay xoá ở phía chúng tôi. Dữ liệu do Google xử lý (AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics) tuân theo chính sách bảo mật của Google. Bạn có thể kiểm soát thông qua máy hoặc tài khoản Google:

Reset hoặc tắt mã quảng cáo trong cài đặt hệ thống (iOS: Cài đặt → Quyền riêng tư → Theo dõi; Android: Cài đặt → Google → Quảng cáo).
Điều chỉnh cá nhân hoá tại adssettings.google.com.
Từ chối chia sẻ phân tích (iOS: Cài đặt → Quyền riêng tư & Bảo mật → Phân tích & Cải thiện; Android: Cài đặt → Google → Sử dụng & chẩn đoán).
Gỡ ứng dụng sẽ xoá toàn bộ dữ liệu local và dừng thu thập từ SDK.

7. Thay đổi chính sách

Nếu thay đổi cách xử lý dữ liệu (ví dụ thêm báo lỗi hoặc thêm mua hàng trong ứng dụng), chúng tôi sẽ cập nhật trang này và đổi ngày "Last updated" bên dưới trước khi bản mới đến tay người dùng.
